Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except when an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered.

As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, glaze, shape, and size are natural characteristics of handmade pottery and are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Customers who purchased through Buyee must contact Buyee Customer Support for all damage, loss, return, or refund requests.
