Overview This online store is operated by ISSUI POTTERY. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ISSUI POTTERY. By visiting our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Our products are handmade pottery. Slight variations in color, pattern, glaze, shape, texture, and size are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of being purchased fraudulently.

Shipping

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. For purchases made through Buyee, ISSUI POTTERY ships the order to Buyee’s warehouse in Japan. Buyee then arranges international shipment to the customer. International shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, optional insurance or inspection services, and other destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected separately by Buyee.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except when an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered. Handmade variations are not considered defects. Customers who purchased through Buyee must contact Buyee Customer Support regarding damage, loss, international delivery, returns, or refunds.

Limitation of Liability

ISSUI POTTERY is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by customs authorities, international carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, ISSUI POTTERY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or its contents for unlawful purposes, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, transmission of malicious software, or interference with the security or operation of the website.

Intellectual Property

ll photographs, text, designs, logos, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to ISSUI POTTERY. They may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written permission.
