Shipping Policy

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

For purchases made through Buyee, ISSUI POTTERY ships the order to Buyee’s warehouse in Japan. A domestic shipping fee of JPY 1,800 is charged at checkout.

 After the order arrives at the Buyee warehouse, Buyee arranges international shipment to the customer. International shipping fees, optional inspection or insurance services, customs duties, import taxes, and any other destination-country charges are paid separately by the customer through Buyee.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Customers who purchase through Buyee should contact Buyee Customer Support regarding international delivery, tracking, loss, damage, customs, returns, or refunds.

 ISSUI POTTERY is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, international carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
