Additional Charges
Customers are responsible for shipping charges and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges. For purchases made through Buyee, a domestic shipping fee of JPY 1,800 is charged for delivery from ISSUI POTTERY to the Buyee warehouse in Japan. International shipping charges and other Buyee service charges are paid separately by the customer through Buyee.

Payment Timing
Payment is due when the order is placed.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. For purchases made through Buyee, ISSUI POTTERY ships the order to the Buyee warehouse in Japan. International delivery is subsequently arranged by Buyee. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of customer preference. Returns or refunds are accepted only when an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered. As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, glaze, texture, shape, and size are natural characteristics of handmade pottery and are not considered defects. Customers who purchased through Buyee must contact Buyee Customer Support regarding damage, loss, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
